This was initiated on Tuesday 4th of September and that day was to ease us into the pace of working, as well as open our minds to take in alternate angles and viewpoints, to then refine our ideas from simple and primitive shapes. This involved drawing architecture of our local college and then using simple materials to make a 3D sculpture. This just gave me practice to draw quicker and focus on small and interesting shapes, as of course we couldn’t make complicated sculptures. The whole course was in on the project and without delaying any longer, I have some pictures for you.
To each their own and it was really amazing to see all of the sculptures together, noticing everybody’s creative differences. Variation is but one of the many fruits of life and this results in the day’s work.
